SHIPPING CONDITIONS.

 

Under normal circumstances, you will receive your package in 7 to 14 days after placing your order if your shipping address is inside the EU. You also do not have to worry about customs (EU).

To have free shipping in Spain, the order must be over 50€.

We are not responsible for customs charges.

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, there may be extra fees depending on your country, which you will have to pay upon arrival of your package, which Basics is not liable for. We cannot predict, how high these fees might be, so please contact the customs office of your country to get more info.

Depending on your shipping zone, shipping fees may vary.

If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Basics. Once we received it, we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

 

CONDICIONES DE ENVÍO. (ESPAÑOL)

Los envíos a España se procesan entre el mismo día o el siguiente hábil y los tiempos de envío son de 24-48h en la península y hasta 5 días a islas Baleares o Canarias.

En circunstancias normales, recibirá su paquete entre 7 y 14 días después de realizar su pedido si su dirección de envío se encuentra dentro de la UE. Tampoco tiene que preocuparse por la aduana (UE).
